The members of the Facebook group “I Judge You When You Use Poor Grammar” have contempt for you. Wait, scratch that. They have contempt for you when you make grammatical errors, misspell words, or otherwise butcher the English language.
In this 146-page flip-thru book, founder Sharon Eliza Nichols presents the most humorous pictures from the group’s Facebook page. Virtually every image is laugh-out-loud funny, making this one of my favorite books of its kind.
Is this a volume you might enjoy? I think Nichols puts it best on the back cover when she writes: “If you’ve ever judged anyone for their linguistic failures, if you’ve ever been tempted to whip out your marker to add in or cross out apostrophes, and if you’ve refused to answer e-mails in which your and you’re are used interchangeably, this book is for you.“
